A South of France native Pierre is no stranger to the kitchen. Having worked all over the world including the Ritz Carlton in Paris, he ran his own restaurant in Sebastapol for many years before finding his home at Ramekins.

Growing up in San Miguel de Allende, AgustÍn had an intimate relationship with food that turned into a profession. He conducts culture and culinary tours of San Miguel de Allende and the Mission District in San Francisco.
CHEF CHAT MINGKWAN
Chat teaches Thai and Asian cooking in the San Francisco Bay Area and makes regular trips to his home country Thailand for culinary inspiration. He was trained in French Cooking while working abroad at restaurants in France.

Jill Silverman Hough is a cookbook author, food & wine writer, and culinary instructor whose forte is making food and cooking simple yet special. Jill’s writing and recipes regularly appear in Bon Appétit, Cooking Light and Fine Cooking.

John Ash, established his Sonoma restaurant, John Ash & Company, and served as culinary director at Fetzer Vineyards. He authored American Game Cooking, Cooking One on One, From the Earth to the Table and Culinary Birds.

Known as The “Wayward Chef”, Cristina graduated the French Culinary Institute and then found herself at COPIA in Napa Valley. She has cooked for America’s most prominent families all over the world.

Chef, cheesemaker, caterer, culinary educator, and owner of The Epicurean Connection Shop, Sheana Davis has been enthusiastically supporting the artisan and farmstead cheese movement for over 20 years.

After living in Barcelona for 15 years, Camila founded Sobremesa, a Spanish food service company where she teaches, caters, offers nutrition consulting and private workshops, classes, and pop-ups throughout the Bay Area.
