Reports to:  Event Manager


Job overview: 

Assist Bartender with set-up, replenishing and breakdown of liquor, beer, wine, garnish, ice, garbage and/or recycling for bar at events. Must be 18 years or older.


Responsibilities and Duties
(included but not limited to the following):

  • Report to Event Manager (EM) to review Banquet Event Order (BEO) and schematic, then check in with Bartender.
  • Off-site, help unload and organize bar inventory from Ramekins truck.  On-site, assist with organizing bar inventory.
  • Set-up bar as directed by Bartender, following Ramekins policies and procedures.
  • Know what type of wine you are serving and the sequence of wine service, open as needed.
  • Replenish liquor, beer, wine, garnish, ice and glassware as needed for Bartender during the event.
  • Keep bar neat and orderly.
  • Place perishables back in cooler or refrigerator and place dry bottles back in the original boxes.
  • Off-site, assist with reloading truck and recycling. On-site, assist with restocking inventory and take the recycling out to recycling bins.
  • Clean bar area thoroughly, following Ramekins policies and procedures.
  • Assist waitstaff with cleanup, break-down and room reset as instructed by EM.


Schedule/Hours:

This is an on-call position, with day and evening shifts available seven days a week.
