Hosted by Fromager James Ayers with wines paired by Sommelier Todd Jolly, the class will feature cheese and wine from around the world, combining rich intellectual exploration with sensory delight.
The class is from 5:30-7:00 pm on Friday, February 25, 2022, at Seven Branches Venue and Inn
Following the class on February 25th, Folktable Catering will be serving a three-course wine-paired dinner, converging the seasonal bounty from Sonoma’s fields with the passion of Folktable’s renowned chefs to bring you a depth of flavor in every bite.
