Join Chef Cess at the Sonoma Farmer’s Market to learn how to shop and choose ingredients like a pro. Chef Cess will help you hand pick vegetables and fruits from the farmer’s market vendors before heading back to the Ramekins kitchen to show you how to put them all together for a mouth- watering meal that you will sit down and enjoy.

This class includes preparation of an appetizer, first course, entrée and dessert.
