In this 4-hour class, Rachel Saunders,

owner and Chef of Blue Chair Fruit takes you

through the jam making process from start to

finish. The class starts with an hour-long jam

testing and discussion, then proceeds to the

cooking process. Key topics will be examined

such as the role of sugar, the importance of

lemon juice and how to add it and the stages

of cooking. Four different jams, including

two multiple-fruit jams will be demonstrated

and you will receive four mini jars of seasonal

fruit jam to take home.
