Kyle Kuklewski, Executive Chef at Ramekins brings almost a decade worth of restaurant cooking experience. Much of that experience was spent in luxury brand hotels working in fine dining restaurants.

A 14 year veteran to Ramekins, and with 35 years of experience cooking with her first generation Italian family, Lisa is one of Ramekins’ most popular chef instructors of Italian cuisine.

A South of France native Pierre is no stranger to the kitchen. Having worked all over the world including the Ritz Carlton in Paris, he ran his own restaurant in Sebastapol for many years before finding his home at Ramekins.

Chat teaches Thai and Asian cooking in the San Francisco Bay Area and makes regular trips to his home country Thailand for culinary inspiration. He was trained in French Cooking while working abroad at restaurants in France.

John Ash, established his Sonoma restaurant, John Ash & Company, and served as culinary director at Fetzer Vineyards. He authored American Game Cooking, Cooking One on One, From the Earth to the Table and Culinary Birds.

With over 20 years of baking and cooking experience, Michael Kalanty is an educator in all things bread. Classically trained in French kitchens and patisseries, Kalanty has baked in France, Brazil, and Italy.

Linda Carucci is an award-winning culinary instructor and cookbook author. She wrote Cooking School Secrets for Real World Cooks, which was honored as a finalist for a James Beard cookbook award.

Known as The “Wayward Chef”, Cristina graduated the French Culinary Institute and then found herself at COPIA in Napa Valley. She has cooked for America’s most prominent families all over the world.

After living in Barcelona for 15 years, Camila founded Sobremesa, a Spanish food service company where she teaches, caters, offers nutrition consulting and private workshops, classes, and pop-ups throughout the Bay Area.

Amy has over 25 years of cooking experience as a restaurateur, caterer, and food service manager. She was trained at Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration, a world-renowned, Ivy League hospitality school. During that time she worked in restaurants and hotels in both the kitchens and front of the house. Amy also enjoys traveling with her family and participating in fundraising efforts for education.

Chef Hollie is a vegetable enthusiast and food educator with a mission to transform kids’ relationship with food. Hollie founded JoyFoodly, a San Francisco mission based company, to create a new food culture where kids and families celebrate the JOY of good food together. Hollie is passionate about helping parents feel good about the food they feed their kids.

 

CHEF MEI IBACH

Chef Mei Ibach was born and raised in a Malaysian fishing village near Singapore and currently teaches at a variety of culinary schools throughout Sonoma County and the North Bay. She is of Chinese descent and her recipes include the exotic spices and flavors of China, East India and Malay-Indonesia and the cooking of the sub-culture known as “Nonya – Food of Love,” which developed out of the marriage of Chinese men to Malay women.

 

CHEF BRIGITTE THERIAULT

Chef Brigitte has 10 years of experience as a personal chef and cooking instructor, both in New York and San Francisco. She divides her time cooking, teaching and coaching in San Francisco and Sacramento. In addition to cooking, she is also helping a new generation of personal chefs become successful through the Personal Chef Business Academy.

 

 

SIMRAN SINGH + STACIE DONG

Simran Singh and Stacie Dong are San Francisco moms with a passion for cooking, eating, and exploring the world through food. On their blog, A Little Yumminess, they share recipes from around the world, favorite foodie destinations in the Bay Area, and ideas for bringing up adventurous eaters. Throughout the year, they run “around-the-world” cooking camps and classes for youth ages K–12. They also teach regional Indian and Asian cooking classes at 18 Reasons and other venues around the Bay Area.

 

CHEF MOLLY MOLOFSKY

Chef Molly Molofsky is a certified nutritionist and personal chef for people with specialized diets. Based out of San Francisco and Marin, she plans and cooks meals according to your specific health needs. Whether you’re a gluten free busy professional or a paleo athlete, she takes care of everything you need to eat well.

 

 

CHEF MARIA CAPDEVIELLE

Chef Maria has been cooking since her childhood, helping her mother to make pasta, sauces and rustic breads for her catering business in Venezuela. After moving to the U.S. in 2000, she attended California Culinary Academy to become a professional Pastry Chef. She has had experience in many bakeries and restaurants in the San Francisco Bay Area. Maria also consults with businesses and wineries to develop dessert menus and train pastry teams in the area.
